The Little One & The Other One #427 & 427.5

SOLD
I did two paintings today, The Little One, above is 6x6" and The Other One, below is 12x12" -

Other News: Brie is sulking. I took her on and errand to the bank, and even though she sat very, very still, like a seemingly well mannered dog, she did not earn a treat - I usually have a spare in my pocket for such emergencies, life is too short for needless disappointment, but I forgot.

Below, 12x12" available at White Magdelena, 781-749-0048

  1. I think you should consider moving your account to another bank with guaranteed treats. That's just not right.

  2. Very cool paintings, and it isn't right not to get treats. I know how I feel when I don't get one.

  6. Wow! Love the large 12"x12' still life! So much fantastic excitement going on. Love all the information, wild bold colors, and interesting pieces in this painting. Also love the dark greens! Everything I love! It reminds me of a wonderful exhilerating landscape! So many wonderful thins to enjoy! Yippee! Another one of your very best! Keep up the great work!

  7. Lovely still life paintings - both! Beautiful impressions of a simple setting, a reminder to see beauty in all things, even those things that sit right in front of us.

  8. Last year I heard an NPR story about an experiment with dogs and treats - long story (some dogs got bisuits, some got bread, some got sausages!, some got nothing) but it appeared from the study's findings that dogs do perceive fairness or the lack of it! So yes, Brie is sulking.

  10. Oooh, thanks everyone - I just knew Brie was sulking - I had a feeling.

I likd playing around w/the dark on the coffee can. I ordered some more 'big' - okay, 12" x 12" panels, I think this size is good for me, I can fit more objects in it.
