Thank you everyone for commenting on yesterday's post and giving me a new perspective for looking at that painting. It made me feel better and made trying it again a fun challenge instead of an effort.
So, here it is with the different background color, just in case. In real life the cloth is a different blue than the inside of the bowl and I still have yet to mix the right color of the cloth. And I'm not sure why I insisted yesterday on making the cloth turquoise, but maybe that's for tomorrow's psychoanalysis?
