OMG, I totally forgot about "fluff". Love the stuff and your painting as well.
So what happens on March 1st? It's your birthday?---Fluffernutters for all!!!
Oh, my...what is this mysterious Fluff? I think we are missing out in Texas. Oh, the humanity.
Oh Darla, the horror, no Fluff in Texas! It's a delicious marshmallow condiment (okay, maybe condiment is not right, what exactly IS Fluff categorized as?) Best served on bread with peanut butter, or taking up the top third of a mug of cocoa!
Wow, that does sound tasty! As a rule, I support any peanut butter friendly condiments. Now, I have two things calling me back to MA. Painting workshops with the lovely and talented artists, Lisa Daria & Page Railsback, and the delightful Fluff!
Lisa, this little painting evokes many fond memories for me. I recall making countless 'nutter butter sandwiches for my boys when they were little. It must be a New England thing, no? So far they have survived into adulthood, hah! Not sure I would do it all over again though. Great painting!
Haha! This is great. I bought a jar of this stuff for the grandkids recently. Forgot how sticky it is.
Okay, so is this like Marshmallow creme??? Love the painting!
Memories of fluffer-nutter sandwiches on toasted Wonder bread as a kid! Makes me smile!
Lisa,A great rendition of the classic container. I can taste that sticky condiment as I email. Glorious Fluffernutters! Maybe those of us in this area should take up a collection and ship jars of it to those less fortunate. No hints as to March 1st?Your #1 Cheerleader
I have no idea if anyone in Idaho knows what fluff is, but I look forward to finding out. I love this unassuming little jar and it's red cap!
And today I have discovered The Fluff company website is a gem! It's full of wonderful things like, an archive of Fluff radio jingles, favorite Fluff recipes, FAQs, such as, "My Never Fail Fudge failed. What Happened?" And last but not least, the complete history of Fluff. http://www.marshmallowfluff.com/pages/history1.htmlOkay, now off to do whatever it is I do.
