#698 Mother Lode

I can't wait to go back to Antique Odyssey. I saw a pencil sharpener on the way out which would be fun to paint but I was rushing because someone was in the car with a large container of canine caviar - poor dear, didn't even realize it. 6x6in, acrylic

  1. Hi, Lisa. Unfortunately, I haven't been to your blog (or anyone else's) in awhile, due to work and life. Your work, however, continues to move me as much as ever. It's just fabulous and gets me excited about painting every time I visit. Are you using a pallet knife, along with brushes, in some of these? Whatever it is, it's working. Hope you're doing well.

  2. Hi Stephen! I am not using a palette knife, I wish I could, I very much like when others use them but when I use one, everything looks like it's covered with fur. I'm not even kidding. Even my oranges looked hairy. Nothing like a hairy orange to start the day.
