sold I'm still getting to know the fluffy orange orb from Peru, but there it is, almost whole, at the bottom - just coming into view. still life, acrylic, 6" x 6"

sold I really wanted to paint the flowers that are living with these irises. They are from Peru and look like large orange fluffy orbs. I am not explaining them well,  because they are curious creatures and I'm still getting to know them. still life, acrylic, 4" x 8"

And just last night I had looked at a photograph of an installation by artist, Ignasi Aballí, titled, "Waste." The work consists of about 20 or so opened, unused cans of - you guessed it - white paint. . . still life, acrylic, 6" x 6"

I am still practicing my new habit of doing thumbnails for my daily paintings. As a result, I noticed the light on the right side in the background.
