Mini-me #362 three more and Strikeout!

Perish the thought I get up and rearrange the still life from yesterday - but that's what weekends are all about, relaxing, being lazy. It just so happens, my laziness manifests itself in failing to rearrange my flowers. I did add a tomato or two!

Sunday, 12-6 is the last day for the show at North Street, come on by!

Other News: Brie, the dog, is at a slumber party tonight, she has a Johnny Cupcakes overnight bag, in case you were wondering, which you probably weren't.

Furthermore: this apple painting below was done the other night at Canvas & Cocktails, an intimate once a month group where I live, the name tells all. . . Anyhow these apples will be part of a silent auction for Strikeout Cancer! Lori's Breast Friends are raising money for breast cancer, one of my oldest friends is part of it. . .

  1. AUUUUUGH, Lisa I was IN THE CAR on my way to the opening, when the weariness of the day hit me and I said to myself "You are not 25 anymore, remember?" and I turned around and sunk into the couch, telling myself that I'd be able to come back this weekend. Well, the best laid plans ... squirrels ruining my cable line outside the house.... my son and his girlfriend calling and saying they were coming by on Sunday afternoon..... that's the way the cookie crumbles, I guess. This is a nice painting and a great donation to a good cause. I'll get up there to paint with you at some point!

  2. I can not believe squirrel ate your lines, horrific! There was one eating a slice of pizza in my backyard, I'm not even kidding - an entire slice - glad they left my internet alone, I would not know what to do!

Rest up for painting! That's all that matters! I can't wait!
