Anyhow, I saw an amazing painting of persimmons on Monday with a white vessel and a blue cloth (or was it purple?) and couldn't wait to get myself some persimmons to paint.
Naturally I put them with this blue cloth, I took the white vessel out at the last minute, you'll be happy to know I am still trying to think for myself. Oh, and while I'm leading a life of crime, the title is from a Chinese painting - except it really was 'Six Persimmons' - they weren't really into 'ers and ums' back then, I'm guessing.
I'm going to buy four more tomorrow and just go for it.
