Okay. I get it. I'm starting to get how to apply my week workshop to my paintings. I feel like all my lights and darks have been asking for more and this week has given me a little more information on how. Maybe I'll get sick of this, but for now it makes sense. . .

I'm still getting the hang of this - here is my painting from yesterday. . . 

Every day for 35 years, artist John Evans collected trash on his way to work and made a collage with these findings, one for each day. In those 35 years he only missed one collage, because he was sick. I do lots of stuff every day. I drink coffee, I walk the dog. But what if, from now on I also create a painting a day?
