I started painting this first thing this morning, then sidetracked myself and went back to it later.
Of course the light totally changed. So, I worked on it some more.
Then I took Brie for a drive, came back, light changed again, oooh, I thought, I'll just fix one little thing. . .
And then I took Brie, the dog, office assistant, curator/collector, for a walk and I came back and the light had totally changed again and there was just the littlest thing I should change. . .
Are you sensing a pattern?
This painting was about three different paintings today - instead of starting a new one every time the light did something different, I painted over the observations I had already made.
